It truly takes a village to create a safe, fun, and memorable Dry Grad celebration for our graduating students and we would love your help!
Dry Grad is entirely supported by parent and community volunteers, and there are many ways to contribute your time leading up to the event and on graduation night itself.
Whether you can help for a single shift or take on multiple roles, every bit of support makes a difference.
Sign Up to Volunteer
Our volunteer coordinator, Dianna, has created a sign-up spreadsheet where you can view available roles and shifts.
How the Volunteer Sheet Works
The spreadsheet is organized by volunteer categories to make it easy to find where you would like to help.
Each volunteer category has its own tab at the bottom of the spreadsheet
Within each tab, you will see specific tasks and available time slots
Simply enter your name in the time slot where you would like to volunteer
✔ You are welcome to sign up under multiple tabs
✔ You may also volunteer for more than one shift
Please Note
The volunteer sheet is currently a working draft. Some committee leads are still finalizing their volunteer needs, but the list is very close to what we anticipate requiring for the event.
Additional roles and shifts may be added as planning continues.
Volunteer Questions
For any questions related to volunteering, please contact:

As the volunteer spreadsheet is connected to a personal Gmail account, we kindly ask that all volunteer-related questions be directed to this email to ensure consistency.
Thank You for Supporting Our Grads
Dry Grad would not be possible without the incredible support of parents, families, and community members.
Your time and generosity help ensure our graduates have a safe and unforgettable celebration to mark this milestone.
